The 32-year-old striker moves to Upton Park for an undisclosed transfer fee after scoring 52 goals in 140 games for Rovers.

Fulham boss Roy Hodgson has made Aston Villa defender Nicky Shorey his second capture of transfer deadline day.

The 28-year-old former Reading star moves to Craven Cottage on loan until the end of the season, with Hodgson also having the option to make the transfer permanent in the summer.
