Cashout Policy

As part of our commitment to providing truly superior service, 888sport makes every effort to ensure that your cashout request is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The following is an explanation of how the cashout process works and 888sport's Cashout Policy:

At 888sport, the method(s) by which we pay your cashout is directly dependent upon the payment method(s) by which you have submitted your deposit(s) in the past, and the amounts of those deposit(s).

When you deposit to your 888sport account by credit, charge or debit card, NETELLER, moneybookers, you accumulate what we refer to as a positive "Member Transaction Balance"* (please see Cashout Policy below for definition), for that particular payment method.

When you request a cashout, if possible, your cashout will be paid automatically to the payment method(s) for which you have established a positive Member Transaction Balance (please see Credit card/Debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions below).

Please note: there will be instances where you may incur a negative cashout balance if your bet is voided. This will need to be settled first. See our Terms and Conditions for further information.

For example:

  1. On Monday you deposit £25 by Visa credit card;
  2. On Wednesday you deposit £25 by NETELLER;
  3. On Thursday you deposit another £25 by Visa credit card;
  4. On Saturday you deposit £25 by Moneybookers;
  5. Your Member Transaction Balance now equals £100:
    1. £50 on Visa credit card;
    2. £25 on Moneybookers;
    3. £25 on NETELLER;
  6. On Sunday you request a £200 cashout.

The first £100 of your cashout (up to your Member Transaction Balance) will be automatically paid to you in the following manner and order of priority:

  1. £50 will be paid to your Visa credit card Account(s)(please see Credit card/Debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions below).
  2. £25 will be paid to your Moneybookers Account.
  3. £25 will be paid to your NETELLER Account.
  4. Your Member Transaction Balance now equals £0.

Your £100 "Remaining Cashout Balance"*** (the amount above your Member Transaction Balance - please see Cashout Policy below for definition) will be paid to you according to your chosen payment method(s):

  1. Visa credit/debit card(s) (up to £25,000 or equivalent in your chosen currency per credit/debit card per day, where permitted by the Visa credit/debit card issuer - please see Credit card/Debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions below), or;
  2. Solo and/or Maestro debit card(s) (if you have deposited to your member account by this payment method in the past, and only in randomly selected cases), or;
  3. NETELLER (if you have deposited to your member account by this payment method in the past), or;
  4. Moneybookers (if you have deposited to your member account by this payment method in the past), or;
  5. Wire transfer (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section 1 and 2 above or Mastercard credit cards that were issued in the UK), or;
  6. Bank draft (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section 1 and 2 above), or; GBP issued cheque if you use GBP as your chosen currency, or;
  7. UK credit cards via BACS (if you have deposited to your member account by Visa and/or Mastercard credit cards that were issued in the UK only).

**Visa credit/debit card cashouts: Due to regulations imposed by issuers of Visa credit/debit cards, 888sport is not permitted to pay cashouts to Visa credit/debit cards issued in specific countries (please see drop-down list below to view these countries). Furthermore, due to regulations imposed by some issuers of Visa credit/debit cards in countries not included in the drop-down list below (non-listed countries), 888sport is not permitted to pay cashouts to certain Visa credit/debit cards. Therefore, deposits made using these particular Visa credit/debit cards will not accumulate toward the *Member Transaction Balance (see Cashout Policy below). members who have deposited to their member accounts via these particular Visa credit/debit cards shall receive cashouts according to section three (3) of the cashout Policy, below.

Please see drop-down list below, specifying countries where Visa credit/debit card issuers do not permit cashouts to be paid to Visa credit/debit cards:



**Mastercard/Eurocard credit/debit card cashouts: : Due to regulations imposed by issuers of Mastercard/Eurocard credit/debit cards, 888sport is not permitted to pay Cashouts to Mastercard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards. Therefore, deposits made by Mastercard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards will not accumulate toward the *Member Transaction Balance (see Cashout Policy below). Members who have deposited to their member accounts via Mastercard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards shall receive cashouts according to section three (3) of the Cashout Policy, below.

Please note the following important cashout information (pertinent to credit card and Non-credit card users):

Cashouts requested within the same 24 hour period, via the same payment method, may be combined as one payment.

In most cases, cashout payment credits will posted as separate transactions, and will not cancel charges resulting from your deposit(s) to your 888sport account.

Should you have not actively used your chosen payment method to deposit to your account for more than 12 months, this cashout option may no longer be available.

If your cashout request is for less than the minimum allowable amount, listed below, the funds will be returned to your Bankroll:

Occasionally, your authorization or some documentation may be required to process your cashout request, and we may ask that you sign a list of your previous deposits to your 888sport account.

Note: Please notify us immediately should your credit/debit card(s) be lost, stolen or cancelled or should your e-wallet status change, so we may investigate their status and confirm that payments may/may not be received.

Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar), Ltd. (the operator of 888sport), reserves the right to delay and/or stop the processing of cashout requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding deposit transactions.

888sport's Cashout Policy:

According to 888sport's Cashout Policy, members' cashout requests shall be automatically paid directly to the payment method(s) by which that member submitted their original deposit(s) to their member account, up to the *Member Transaction Balance (see section one (1) below for definition). Thereafter, that member may choose the payment method(s) by which to receive their ***Remaining Cashout Balance (see section three (3) below for definition):

  1. *The Member Transaction Balance shall be defined as:
    1. Any total sum a member has deposited to their member account via their Visa credit/debit card(s) (with the exception of certain Visa credit/debit cards - please see Credit card/Debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions above), and/or Diners Club Charge card(s), less previous cashouts and/or refunds to this same payment method, plus/or;
    2. Any total sum a member has deposited to their member account via their Solo and/or Maestro debit card(s), less previous cashouts and/or refunds to this same payment method, plus/or;
    3. Any total sum a member has deposited to their member account via their NETELLER Account(s), less previous cashouts and/or refunds to this same payment method, plus/or;
    4. Any total sum a member has deposited to their member account via their Moneybookers Account(s), less previous cashouts and/or refunds to this same payment method.
  2. Cashouts shall be automatically paid directly to the following payment method(s), up to the *Member Transaction Balance (see section one (1) above), and in the following order of priority:
    1. Visa credit/debit card(s) (up to £25,000 per credit/debit card/per day, where permitted by the Visa credit/debit card issuer - please see credit card/debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions above) and/or Diners Club charge card(s);
    2. Solo and/or Maestro debit card(s);
    3. NETELLER account(s);
    4. Moneybookers account(s).
  3. Thereafter (once the *Member Transaction Balance, utilizing all payment methods with which that member has deposited to their member account in the past, has been satisfied - see section one (1) above), that member may choose(with the exception, in certain cases, of members using software versions 6.68 and below) from the following payment methods with which to receive their ***Remaining Cashout Balance (the amount above the *Member Transaction Balance), if any exists:
    1. Visa credit/debit card(s) (up to £25,000 per credit/debit card/per day, where permitted by the Visa credit/debit card issuer - please see credit card/debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions above) and/or Diners Club charge card(s);
    2. Solo and/or Maestro debit card(s) (if you have deposited to your member account by this payment method in the past, and only in randomly selected cases), or;
    3. NETELLER (if you have deposited to your member account by this payment method in the past), or;
    4. Moneybookers (if you have deposited to your member account by this payment method in the past), or;
    5. Wire transfer (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section (a) and (b) above or Mastercard credit cards that were issued in the UK), or;
    6. Bank Draft or GBP issued Cheque (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section (a) and (b) above),
    7. UK credit cards via BACS (if you have deposited to your member account by Visa and/or Mastercard credit cards that were issued in the UK. Note: This is the only option for UK issued Visa/Mastercard credit cards to receive over the balance cashouts.)
