When you deposit to your account by credit, charge or debit card, NETELLER, Skrill, PayPal or WebMoney you accumulate what we refer to as a positive "Member Transaction Balance"* (please see Withdrawal Policy below for definition), for that particular payment method.
When you request a withdrawal, if possible, your withdrawal will be paid automatically to the payment method(s) for which you have established a positive Member Transaction Balance (please see Credit/debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions below).
The first 300 (in your currency) of your withdrawal (up to your Member' Transaction Balance) will be automatically paid to you in a manner such as follows:

**Visa Credit Card Withdrawals: Due to regulations imposed by issuers of Visa credit/debit cards, is not permitted to pay withdrawals to Visa credit/debit cards issued in specific countries (please see drop-down list below to view these countries). Furthermore, due to regulations imposed by some issuers of Visa credit/debit cards in countries not included in the drop-down list below (non-listed countries), is not permitted to pay withdrawals to certain Visa credit/debit cards. Therefore, deposits made using these particular Visa credit/debit cards will not be counted towards the *Member Transaction Balance (see Withdrawal Policy below). Members who have deposited to their accounts via these particular Visa credit/debit cards shall receive withdrawals according to section three (3) of the Withdrawal Policy, below.

**MasterCard/Eurocard withdrawals: due to regulations imposed by issuers of MasterCard/Eurocard credit/debit cards, is not permitted to pay withdrawals to MasterCard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards. Therefore, deposits made by MasterCard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards will not be counted towards the *Member Transaction Balance (see Withdrawal Policy below). Members who have deposited to their accounts via MasterCard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards shall receive withdrawals according to section three (3) of the Withdrawal Policy, below.
Please note the following important withdrawal information (pertinent to credit card and Non-credit card users):
Withdrawals requested within the same 24 hour as the deposit, via the same payment method, may be combined as one payment.
In most cases, withdrawal Payment credits will be posted as separate transactions, and will not cancel charges resulting from your deposit(s) to your account.
Should you have not actively used your chosen payment method to deposit to your account for more than 12 months, this withdrawal option may no longer be available.
If your withdrawal request is for less than the minimum allowable amount, listed below, the funds will be returned to your Bankroll:
Occasionally, your authorization or some documentation may be required to process your withdrawal request, and we may ask that you sign a list of your previous deposits to your account.
In some cases where account verification is required for completing your request, we will return any pending withdrawals to your bankroll until the verification on your account is complete. If your withdrawal remains in a pending status and is not returned to your bankroll immediately, you will have 7 days to complete your account verification before your withdrawal is reversed and returned to your bankroll
In the event a member requests to withdraw funds in a currency different from the deposit currency, a conversion rate will be applied based upon the daily commercial rates offered by banks and credit card companies on the day the withdrawal is processed. A special margin to cover our conversion costs may be added to the mid-market commercial conversion rates offered. Once the withdrawal has been processed, the member will be told his withdrawal ID and the amount refunded in both bankroll currency and settle currency.
Note: Please notify us immediately should your credit/debit card(s) be lost, stolen or cancelled or should your E-wallet status change, so we may investigate their status and confirm that payments may/may not be received.
We reserve the right to delay and/or stop the processing of withdrawal requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding deposit transactions.

This Withdrawal Policy has been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of this Withdrawal Policy and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
