  • Unless otherwise detailed by us, we will settle your bet on the official result and the official statistics (as applicable) which includes any extra innings played. The official result and statistics (as applicable) will be that which is provided by the relevant governing body, association or organisation (for example, Major League Baseball).
  • In the instance of a game which is postponed or cancelled, we will void your bet as long as the first official pitch with respect to such game has not been thrown.
  • In the instance that the official result has not been published within 12 hours of when the relevant game was supposed to have begun, we will void your bet with respect to such game.
  • Listed Pitcher: Both scheduled starting pitchers must start the game for your bet to stand.
Type of Bet Rules
First Half

For MLB season 2020/2021

For games played in a shortened format, the First Half will be considered to be the first four innings played. This will not apply, if your bet has already been irrevocably determined prior to the first four innings of the relevant match being completed and your bet will be settled in accordance with the relevant outcome which has been irrevocably determined.

For All Other Baseball Games

Your bet relates to on the field play in the first five innings, which must be completed in full for your bet to stand. If your bet has already been irrevocably determined prior to the to the of the relevant match, your bet will be settled in accordance with the relevant outcome which has been irrevocably irrespective of the number of innings played.
Handicap

For MLB season 2020/2021

For games played in a shortened format, for your bet to stand, at least one half innings less than the scheduled innings must be completed by both teams.

For All Other Baseball Games

  1. We will void your bet if all scheduled regular innings are not completed in full.
  2. Point 1 above will not apply to your bet, if the game has gone on for eight and a half innings or more and the home team is ahead and in such case your bet will not be voided by us unless Point 3 below applies.
  3. Point 2 above will not apply to your bet, if the outcome has been irrevocably determined prior to the abandonment of the relevant match and your bet will be settled in accordance with the relevant outcome which has been irrevocably determined.
  4. Push Rules (as described in the General 888sport Betting Rules) apply other than where you have the option to bet on a tie.
Head to Head
  1. If you place a Head to Head bet, all the participants who are the subject of the bet offer must start in the relevant game or competition for your bet to stand.
  2. The Dead Heat Rule (as described in the General 888sport Betting Rules) applies in the event of a tie.
Match We will void your bet if the match ends in a tie.
Odd/Even

For MLB season 2020/2021
