Terms & Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions of the "European ACCA" (the "Promotion") for www.888sport.com (the “Site”). The Promotion is organized by the applicable company (as defined in the User Agreement) ("us" or "we" or "our" or "Company") who is the operator of the Site. Your participation in this Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the provisions below.

1. The Promotion shall commence on 12^th September 2017 and shall conclude on 6^th December 2018 (the “Promotion Period”). However, in exceptional cases, we may conclude the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period including without limitation, where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances.
2. Eligible members who place a total of three (3) qualifying bets per each week during the Promotion Period, each such qualifying bet must be placed on each of the three (3) UEFA match days (Tuesday and Wednesday for the UEFA Champions League match days, and Thursday for the UEFA Europa League match day), will receive a 100% Profit Boost Token.
3. The offer under this Promotion is limited to one Profit Boost Token per each week.
4. A qualifying bet is a ‘real money’ multiple (3 legs or greater) of at least £/$/€5 and must contain at least 3 UEFA football competitions related selections.
5. Each leg within a qualifying multiple must have odds of 1.5 (1/2) or greater.
6. Qualifying multiples may include additional sports markets but must contain at least 3 legs from UEFA football competition related selections.
7. Pre match bets only. Live bets do not count (for the avoidance of doubt, a live bet is deemed as placed after the advertised kick-off time).
8. All qualifying legs must be settled on the same match day.
9. Special ‘Enhanced Acca’s’ bets do not qualify.
10. Free Bet stakes or bets placed using a Profit Boost Token will not be eligible for this Promotion.
11. Void, Cashed-In and Duplicate bets do not count.
12. Eligible members who placed all qualifying bets in accord with the requirements as specified above will be credited with a 100% Profit Boost Token on Friday (or up to 72 hours in extenuating circumstances).
13. Profit Boost Token is equivalent to 100% on top of a winning bets profit. For example: a 10/1 (11.00) odds bet boosted with a 100% Profit Boost Token will result in a 20/1 (21.00) odds bet.
14. Maximum stake for the Profit Boost Token £/$/€5 (any stake above this amount will be paid out at the normal odds).
15. Profit Boost Token applies to ‘real money’ bets only. Free bet stakes do not qualify.
16. Profit Boost Token can be redeemed on single bets and ‘straight line’ multiple only. Permutation and each way bets are not applicable.
17. Bets placed using Profit Boost Tokens cannot be ‘Cashed in’.
18. Profit Boost Tokens cannot be used on “888specials” or enhanced multiples/wincasts.
19. Profit Boost Token expires after 3 days.
20. Member bet limits also apply to Profit Boost Tokens.
21. Maximum extra winnings are capped at £/$/€5,000.
22. Additional winnings are credited in cash to the player’s account immediately after bet settlement.
23. No-one under the age of 18 or the age of legal consent for engaging in the gambling services made available through the Site under the laws of any jurisdiction, whichever is higher, may participate in this Promotion.
24. For security and verification purposes, we reserve the right to limit participation in this Promotion to: (i) one per household; (ii) one per computer terminal; or (iii) one per mobile device; (iv) one per email address; (iv) one per payment details.
25. If you have a pending message on the Site’s cashier regarding your recent gaming activity, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate and/or continue to participate in this Promotion. In such event, any bonus and/or other benefit which you have received and/or are eligible to receive under this Promotion, shall be forfeited by you.
26. Non of our officers, directors, employees, consultants or agents or any other company within our group of companies or our suppliers, vendors or white label partners are permitted to participate in the Promotion, nor is any supplier or vendor. This restriction also applies to relatives of such persons and for this purpose 'relative' means any of a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
27. We reserve the right to withhold or retract any free bets or other benefits granted hereunder and winnings generated from these if free bet tokens are mistakenly credited or patterns of abuse are found. This includes covering different outcomes in the same market.
28. This Promotion is available only for registered members who maintain an account with the Site. In addition, the offering under this Promotion are intended for recreational players and Company may limit the eligibility of members to participate in this Promotion.
29. All prizes, bonuses, promotional offers and other benefits hereunder, and any winnings generated through the wagering of either of the aforesaid, will be cancelled at withdrawal if any of the applicable conditions have not been met in full.
30. The Company may alter these terms and conditions, including without limitation where required for security reasons, as a result of exceptional circumstances beyond our control or as a result of changes to applicable law or regulation.
31. If you register or play in the UK:

• you hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the "UK User Agreement" which includes but is not limited to the "Bonus Policy".
• the amount you are able to withdraw from your account, is subject to the Withdrawal Policy. If your withdrawal request is for less than the relevant allowable amount, the funds will be returned to your bankroll.

If you do not register or play in the UK:

• you hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the "User Agreement" which includes but is not limited to the "Bonus Policy".
• the amount you are able to withdraw from your account is subject to minimum and maximum limits. If your withdrawal request is for less than the relevant allowable amount, the funds will be returned to your bankroll.
