Well backed when ending a lengthy losing run in a 15-runner handicap over C&D 24 days ago by length from Wonder. Remains well treated on the pick of last year's form.

Consistent gelding scored in snug fashion (sporting first-time cheekpieces) at Southwell in February and has finished runner-up on his other 3 starts this year, most recently when a length behind Son of Man in 15-runner event at C&D 24 days ago. Should be in the mix again.

From a useful family for connections and he was placed in 2 small-field handicaps at Salisbury last summer. Upped in trip for polytrack debut after 8 months off.

In first-time hood, proved as good as ever when a close second over 1¼m at Lingfield on stable debut in February. Quickly back to form over 7f there last month and shaped as if still in decent heart from a disadvantageous position here (1¼m) 3 weeks ago. Up in trip.

Almost 3 years without a win but confirmed his wellbeing with a creditable third of 5 in handicap at Southwell (2m) on return 18 days ago. Yard still going well but drop back in trip not an obvious positive, though.

Tough sort signed off 2025 with a win at Southwell (11f) and picked up where he left off by following up at Wolverhampton on return in March. Again ran well behind a pair of rivals half his age there (9.5f) later that month and he's respected going back up in trip.

Initially highly tried after winning his C&D maiden a year ago. Went close on handicap bow at Thirsk but has struggled to make an impact since, last of 9 on his return at Kempton 3 weeks ago.

Last 3 successes have come off a BHA mark of 85, including at Sandown in June. Poor effort at Epsom final start that season and shaped as if needing the outing after 6 months off when down the field at Kempton 3 weeks ago.
