King George VI Chase News
Banbridge and Il Est Francais, last year’s first and second, along with the betting leaders Gaelic Warrior and Jango Baie, are among the 15 contenders still engaged in the King George VI Chase at Kempton Park on Boxing Day.
The Jukebox Man, a winner at the meeting last year as a novice for Ben Pauling, won with authority at Haydock last time out and is well fancied in our ante-post horse racing betting.
Another contender with a strong chance appears to be Venetia Williams’ Djelo, who has already won the Charlie Hall and the Peterborough Chase this season.
Kolokico, trained in France by Emmanuel Clayeux, is potentially the dark horse of the field.
