To be honest I didn’t expect them to be able to go unbeaten all season, the loss was always going to happen sooner or later.
As a fan I would not be shocked or nervous about the loss. These things happen throughout the season and the players and coaches will learn a lot from it.

If you have an off week you want to have it early before the playoffs then you can correct the things that you may have been getting wrong all year.

Jalen Hurts Needs To Go Back To Basics
The one thing about Jalen Hurts is that, although he got paid all that money, we still know that he needs a balanced offence to perform.
Sometimes when you pay a guy a lump sum you want to show off his throwing abilities and showcase his full range of skills, but he just needs to get back to doing what he does best. He is a powerful runner and he does that well, but he won’t beat you with a drop back passing game.
The Eagles acquisition of Julio Jones tells you what they think of their receivers at the moment, and they’re not happy with it.
A lot of times teams will try to focus on developing players earlier in the season, but this is the time of the season where teams are all about winning games and being productive. A personnel change like that tells me that they don’t feel great about their squad depth.
You can’t forget to praise the Jets defence, though, because they didn’t have two of their cornerbacks but they still went out there and gave a great performance. They’re showing that they can be the defence that we all thought they could be and that is important.
Lions Could Assert Their Dominance
I think the Baltimore Ravens will be favoured this week, especially with them playing at home, but I think Detroit can go there and get a win. I think they could do it.
I do like the way Lamar Jackson is playing. They’re obviously struggling in their red zone offense but their defence is playing well, but both these teams have outstanding defences. Both also have good playmakers so it will be a good battle.

When you have Jackson anything can happen and we know what Detroit are doing this season. If Detroit go there and win this game then you can’t help but say that they’re the top team in the NFC.
Eagles vs Dolphins: Game Of The Week
The Philadelphia Eagles against Miami Dolphins could get interesting. The Eagles are not the weakest but they’re not what they once were and this is going to be a challenge.
I’d be very interested to see how they set up. It’s so hard to call and I need to see this matchup to know more about these two teams.

The main focus will be on the Dolphins offense against the Eagles defence, that will be the main thing to keep an eye on.

The most important thing is the safety of the players. I know as a player that the game is always evolving and when it comes to the hip drop tackle, every time you see one you think it looks bad.
We’re always going to change things to better protect the safety of the players. Even as a player if they make the game harder for you, safety comes first. Especially as a defensive player.
