How It Works
Markets with “Impact Sub Applies” in the header, selection name, or on the betslip will benefit from the Impact Sub promotion. This means that if the player selected is substituted, the player that comes on in their place will effectively take over the bet.
The original odds will remain. It is available on singles and multiples, but it’s important punters keep an eye out for “Impact Sub Applies”.
These are the markets that can be eligible for Impact Sub:
- First goalscorer
- Anytime goalscorer
- Last goalscorer
- Player to score 2 or more
- Hat-trick
- Player to score first and last
- Player to score first or last
- To assist a goal
- To score or assist
- Total player shots on target
- Player to be carded
- Total player fouls
In the event of a bet requiring multiple events, like 2+ goals or 3+ fouls, the player coming off the bench will assume the tally accumulated by the initial player.
For example, if you backed Declan Rice to commit 2+ fouls, and he was substituted for Adam Wharton when he only had one foul, Wharton’s tally would start at one. Their total foul tallies would be combined to calculate if the bet won.
Significantly, if any substitute goes on to be replaced by a further substitute, Impact Sub will trigger onto their replacement substitute, and all Impact Sub rules will still apply.
If a cash out is available on a bet involving Impact Sub, the cash out value will be determined by the player that came off the bench.
