Very progressive in his short hurdle career, winning Perth maiden and Lingfield handicap around 2½m this autumn. An 8 lb rise doesn't look enough to stop him with further progress likely.

Plenty of promise in his efforts prior to getting off the mark in an 11-runner novice hurdle at Chepstow (2m, soft) in November. Advanced his form again when third in 2m Wincanton handicap since and interesting now stepping up in trip.

Two good placed efforts in handicaps this season. finishing third over 2m here before second over 19f at Haydock. This slightly longer trip again may suit even better. Respected.

Useful bumper scorer who made it 3 wins from 5 starts over hurdles with a decisive success on handicap debut over 2m here in March. Well-held seventh of 10 on 21f Cheltenham but last season's exploits suggest he's not the type to stay down for long.

Fairly useful bumper performer who won maiden/novice hurdles around 2½m last season. Shaped better than the result when fifth of 11 in 3m course handicap on reappearance, fading having still been challenging for second at the last. Hooded first time. Enters calculations back down in trip.

Confirmed reappearance promise with an all-the-way win over 19.5f at Doncaster (soft) 27 days ago. Should remain very competitive off 5 lb higher.

Bumper/hurdle winner but pulled up in 3m course handicap on last month's return from a 590-day absence. Can only be watched this time.

Won the EBF Final at Sandown in March 2024 but hasn't progressed as might have been expected since. Showed he retains ability when third on 25f Aintree chase debut/reappearance in November but pulled up at Sandown since and returns to hurdles with a bit to prove.

Irish bumper winner who struck 3 times over hurdles for Tim Vaughan last season, including here. Reappearance third at Doncaster (19.5f0 was respectable and he's entitled to strip fitter now.

Dual novice hurdler in 2023/24. Lightly raced since but has shaped as if retaining ability in a pair of handicaps around 2m this season. Now steps back up in trip with Freddie Keighley taking a handy 7 lb off.
