Won a 2m Uttoxeter handicap on soft at the end of 2024. Good third in just 2 outings since, with the form of his 19.5f Hereford reappearance boosted by the form of the pair ahead of him winning since. Still not fully exposed. One of the more interesting runners.

Useful Grade 1 novice hurdle winner in 2023/24 but has stood little racing since, dropping out quickly when pulled up in 3m Windsor handicap on return 4 weeks ago. Hardly one to be confident about but the return to a shorter trip and the yard's good form are reasons to be hopeful for better now.

Useful mare who bagged a first handicap success when battling well to lead again near the finish over 2½m at Windsor (good) on New Year's Day. Yet to encounter soft ground over hurdles but had bumper form in mud. Still looks fairly treated off 5 lb higher and likely to go well again.

Runner-up in the Martin Pipe at last year's Cheltenham Festival. Has returned in good nick, including 5½ lengths fourth of 12 to Listentoyourheart in handicap at Windsor (2½m) on New Year's Day, shaping better than result after meeting interference. Merits consideration.

Useful bumper scorer who won 3 times in his first season over hurdles but has failed to make an impact in 2 handicaps this season. A bounce back is needed.

Back to form with a bang when holding on gamely in a Sandown handicap 6 weeks ago but that was a race restricted to 8-y-os and above and there's a suspicion he might prove vulnerable for win purposes in this more competitive scenario. Wears first-time cheekpieces.

Progressing well, landing a second 2½m Uttoxeter success (both soft) of the campaign when seeing off 7 rivals in December. A 4 lb rise looks fair.

Fairly useful hurdler who resumed from 6 months off (had breathing op during absence) with a good second at Chepstow in October. Has also placed twice here since, including over this trip 4 weeks ago.

Landed a valuable 2m handicap here last Christmas but has run creditable only once in 4 outings since and remains 5 lb above that winning mark.

Landed 2m Leicester handicap hurdle in November for his new yard. Only sixth at Chepstow over Christmas but bounced back when second over fences at Uttoxeter (2½m, soft) 3 weeks ago.

Won 2m Uttoxeter maiden and 2½m Cheltenham novice in October but below par in handicaps twice since, weakening when unseating 2 out over 2m at Kempton 6 weeks ago. Had wind surgery since and now steps back up in trip with a hood refitted.

Useful hurdler who made the most of good opportunity (sole rival amiss) when winning a listed mares' event at Wetherby (2m, good) in November. Creditable fourth in C&D Grade 2 next time but 2 lesser runs have followed including back in handicap company at Musselburgh a fortnight ago.

Useful on his day for Nicky Henderson but winless since 2022 and there have been few obvious positives to take from his 6 outings for new connections. Falling in the weights but could only consider if backed with first-time cheekpieces added to the tongue tie he's worn of late.

Has enjoyed plenty of success in handicap hurdles around 2½m, including a career-best success in a typically competitive Silver Trophy at Chepstow in October. Respectable 15½ lengths eighth of 12 to Listentoyourheart at Windsor last time but he will need to pull out more to defy a mark in the 140s.

Dual hurdles winner who improved over fences when bagging 2 handicaps in the first half of last year. Second in small field at Doncaster back from break/wind op in November but has capitulated tamely twice since. Remains to be seen whether a first-time visor and return to hurdles spark a revival.
