Point winner who showed ability on first of his 2 starts over hurdles sphere for James Ewart. Beaten favourite both runs for new yard following a break/wind op but latest third on handicap bow at Newcastle (23.7f, good to soft) was creditable and appeals as the type to make a better chaser.

Didn't show a great deal in bumpers/over hurdles but this 7-y-o has performed with credit both starts since switched to fences, latterly finding just one too good in a C&D handicap (heavy). Now 1 lb lower and he has to enter calculations.

Goes well on soft ground and she resumed from 7 months off with a good second of 12 in a handicap over this C&D in November. Rather laboured at Carlisle since but eased 3 lb as a result and she's dangerous to discount.
