Jasmine Bliss

On the face of it JASMINE BLISS should have her work cut out to match strides with Paggane, who is is a proven performer at this level and 2-3 under Harry Cobden. Indeed, the latter is the one with the strongest credentials on paper but Jasmine Bliss shaped very well tackling fences for the first time back from a nine-month absence at Kempton on Boxing Day and she may well take a significant step forward here. All The Glory is best of the rest.

Previously in the care of Willie Mullins and fine start over jumps for current yard this season, going close in a valuable Chepstow handicap hurdle prior to bagging listed events over fences at Carlisle and Market Rasen. Excuses last time and she's clearly the one to beat on these terms.

Irish point winner who was successful twice over hurdles last season and made an encouraging start over fences when third in a 10-runner novices' handicap at Kempton (20.5f, good) on Boxing Day. Entitled to come on plenty for that and she looks the one most likely to make a race of it with Paggane.

Resumed progress with a ready success in 5-runner contest at Kelso (17f, good) in October. By no means disgraced in a Grade 3 Ascot handicap the following month but was never in the hunt back at that Berkshire course last time and she looks vulnerable once more.

Useful hurdler who shaped encouragingly when second in a match at Chepstow on chase debut/return in October. Back on track following a couple of uninspiring performances when third of 9 in a competitive Windsor handicap (20.2f, soft) last month and she could be in line for more place money here.

Winning hurdler who advanced her form over fences when scoring at Ayr in November. Cracked only late on at Cheltenham last time, finishing a very creditable fourth in a competitive 15-runner mares' handicap over 20.6f, but she will need to raise her game in order to play a leading role in this.

£205,000 Irish point recruit who made an encouraging enough start under Rules in a Wetherby bumper in February 2024. However, she failed to trouble the judge on hurdles debut in December of that year and has been absent since. Tongue strap enlisted for this chase debut.
