If you play in the UK, you are required to verify you are over 18 within 72 hours from your first approved deposit. If your account isn't verified within this time it will be temporarily closed and any funds will be unavailable until you have completed the verification.
If your age has not been verified previously, you will be asked to complete one of the following options:
Enter your UK Driving License or National Passport number in the Verify ID tab of the Cashier. This will instantly verify your age.
Ensure your details are correct before submitting as you only have 2 attempts to verify your account using this method.
You can enter your 16 digit Driving License number which can be found in section 5.
or the first 20 characters from your Passport number located at the bottom of your passport's information page.
If you aren’t verified using the method above you can upload a copy of your Passport or Driving License through the cashier (please allow a maximum of 72 hours for a reply from our operations department)
If your account is closed you can still upload your documents through the safe cashier using the link provided above.
