Took well to fences in 2022/23, winning 2 of his 3 starts. Lightly raced since but not discredited in his 2 outings this season, fourth of 7 over C&D on return, and he's well handicapped on best form. Has a good record fresh so he makes plenty of appeal with cheekpieces added.

Back-to-back winner at Wincanton last season and left behind a lesser effort when third of 7 at the same course (20.2f, heavy) 28 days ago. Return to this longer trip promises to suit, so he merits consideration with cheekpieces added.

After 13 months off, gained a second win over fences in handicap at Southwell (20.4f, good to soft) in December. Wasn't in the same form when fourth of 7 at Ludlow 7 weeks later, but he's worth another try at this longer distance.

Not straightforward but recorded back-to-back wins at Fontwell a year ago. After 7 months off, second of 4 at the same course in November, though in blinkers (now discarded) he was beaten a long way out when fourth of 6 at Lingfield (16f, good to soft) in December. Up in trip.

Soon back to form when scoring at Worcester (23f, good) in July and remained in good heart into the autumn. However, back over hurdles he was reported to have bled when tailed off at Exeter when last seen in October.

Useful handicap hurdler at best but little form since 2023/24, pulled up on 4 of his last 5 starts (including on chasing debut final outing last season). Falling in the weights but has enough to prove back over fences.

Useful staying chaser at best. Well held over hurdles first 3 starts this season and, following another breathing operation, was pulled up back over fences at Lingfield (28.8f, soft) in January, though he did hint at a revival before dropping away home turn.

Dual hurdles winner who improved over fences when bagging 2 handicaps in the first half of last year. Second in small field at Doncaster in November on the back of a breathing operation, but has gone the wrong way last 3 starts. Visor wore last time now replaced with blinkers.
